The role

This role runs how the company decides: how decisions are prepared, how they are made, and how they are carried through in every team and at every site. You do it directly with the founders.

We are growing from one team into several sites and several fields at once. In that phase the founders’ time is the scarcest thing we have. You decide with them where it goes, you take off their desk the work that should never have landed there, and you lead the most important projects until someone else can own them.

This is not an assistant role, and not a strategy role that only advises. You carry a leader’s responsibility without a department, and you are measured by what moves.

Responsibilities

• You own the company’s operating rhythm: the weekly leadership meeting, the quarterly goals, and everything that has to happen between them.
• You prepare the decisions that matter, and you make sure each one leaves the room with an owner and a date.
• You start the projects nobody owns yet, and you hand them over once they are big enough to need a team.
• You own board meetings and investor updates, from the first draft to the follow-up.
• You keep every site connected to the decisions made in Munich, and Munich connected to what happens at every site.
• You build the reporting and internal communication a company with several sites depends on.
• You shape how we hire: role definitions, the hiring process, onboarding, and the first conversations with the people we hope to hire.
• You speak for the founders where it makes sense, inside the company and with partners.

What you bring

• You have carried real responsibility early: in a fast-growing company, in a founder’s office, or in a role where nobody handed you a process.
• You see what a decision sets in motion before anyone else does.
• You write so that one page from you is enough to decide on, and you are at home in the numbers behind it.
• You can disagree with the founders, clearly and in private, and then carry the decision as your own.
• You keep confidential things confidential.
• You speak fluent German.
