Someone answers.
A person, within seconds, already holding the address and the plan. Not a notification.
Emergency call
A fall at home. A lift stuck between floors. A night shift with nobody else in the building. We connect every emergency button, lift unit and lone-worker device to our center, where a person answers within seconds, knows where you are and what was agreed, and stays until help has arrived.

These moments share one thing: the person is on their own, and what happens next should not depend on luck, office hours, or whoever happens to pass by.
The arrangement is always the same. Our center, staffed every hour of every day, answers within seconds, knows the address and the plan agreed in advance, speaks to whoever is there, and makes sure help arrived.
Behind that person is our own software, which assembled all of it before the call connected. You never see it, and that is the point. What you see is that someone answered, and that help came.

02
They speak to whoever is there.
And stay on the line, so nobody is alone while help is on the way.
03
They send help.
The contacts you agreed, in the order you agreed them: a neighbor with a key, a colleague, the ambulance.
04
They make sure it happened.
That someone arrived. Afterwards they call you and tell you what happened. And it is written down, so the plan is already better next time.
