Safety is made together.

You built a company that works, and customers who stay because of you. We build the system behind it. Neither of us can do what societies depend on alone.

An out-of-focus interior, with a person at a workstation.

Over many years you built your company into one that works. You know your customers personally. You trained the people who sit the night shift. You made a name through service that other people talk about.

That is not something anyone buys. It is built, and it takes decades.

What has changed is what an operation like yours has to carry: certification, twenty-four-hour staffing, technology that has to keep up, customers who expect more every year. The pressures are the same for everyone in this industry, and they are easier to carry with someone.

We build that side. The system, the certification work, the failover, the technology a single company cannot finance alone. What we cannot build is what you built over decades: the trust, the local knowledge, the people who know your customers.

That is why we would like to do this together with you.

Questions we get

Why should I partner with Arcos?
Because we take what you built into the future it deserves. We bring the capital to invest in it, the technology to run it on, and the shared backbone — certification, audits, availability — that one company cannot finance alone. What you built becomes part of the infrastructure societies depend on, without losing what made it worth building.
What happens to my employees?
They stay with your company, on their contracts, at their location. Your team is a large part of why a company is worth acquiring at all. A business without the people who know its customers is not one we would want. What changes is the technology they work with, and we train them on it before anything switches over.
Does the name over the door change?
No. The name stays, and so does the team behind it — that is most of what makes a company worth continuing at all. What changes is the technology underneath: your people work in Trident, and we train them on it before anything switches over.
Do I have to leave once the sale closes?
That is yours to decide. Some owners hand over and step back, some stay for years in a role that suits them. The transition is planned around your operation, not around a template.
How long does the process take?
We can close within a few weeks. It starts with a first conversation, after which we put the essential terms in writing. Then the due diligence, then the purchase agreement. We go to the notary only once everything fits.
Who carries the certification and the audits?
We do, on our side. Certification, audit work and availability that no longer depends on one building are the part a single company cannot finance alone — and the part we build.
What changes for my customers?
As little as possible. They keep their contact, their contracts and the name they signed with. What improves is what sits behind it: the system your company runs on, and availability that no longer rests on one site.
