The role

Every signal we handle is answered in a control center we operate. As we grow, more control centers join us, each with its own people, customers, processes and systems, built up over years. You make sure each of them keeps what made it work and gains what we build.

This is a leadership role, directly with the founders. You run the daily operation of every control center we operate, you lead each new one through its first months with us, and you build the team that does this with you. You decide what changes, in which order and how fast, and you plan it around that center rather than around a template. That includes the move onto Trident, which happens only once the team has been trained on it.

The teams in a control center know this work from years of doing it, and they know things no system knows yet. Bringing what they know together with how we build is the core of the role.

Responsibilities

• You own staffing, quality and the standards every center we operate has to meet.
• You lead every center that joins from its first day with us to full operation on Trident, on a plan made for that center.
• You compare how each site does things and keep what works. Whatever does not gets fixed, wherever it came from.
• You lead the people side of every transition. Clear communication, honest answers, and a team that knows what changes and what stays.
• You build the operations team, and you make sure every center has someone who leads it day to day.
• You own the operating numbers of every center: cost, quality, and whether what we automate actually shows up in the work. You answer for them to the founders and the board.
• You work closely with our engineers, so that what the teams learn in daily operation shapes what Trident does next.
• You make sure standards and regulation are met in daily operation, not only on audit day.

What you bring

• You have carried full responsibility for an operation that could not stop: several sites, and the numbers and the people that come with it.
• You may have founded a company, run operations in a company backed by private equity, or come from strategy consulting. What counts is that you saw the plan through in the operation itself, not only on slides.
• You have led managers, not only a team, including through the difficult phases.
• You read an operation in its numbers, and you see whether a transition is working before the report says so.
• You run several workstreams in parallel, with incomplete information and no manual.
• People trust you because you change things with them, not to them.
• You speak fluent German.
